These Billing Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the payment process and related conditions for all purchases made through the Adonai Fashion website ("Website"). By placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Business Information

Adonai Fashion is a brand owned by ADONAI FASHION LLC, a company based in the United States, specializing in Print-on-Demand (POD) products. We only accept and process orders for the United States market (50 States).

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We are committed to providing a fast and secure payment process. We accept the following methods:

  • PayPal: Direct payment via a PayPal account.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Amex), and Discover.

Note: All credit/debit card transactions are processed through the secure payment gateway of PayPal.

3. Payment Processing and Data Security

All payments will be processed through a secure, third-party payment gateway, specifically PayPal. When you proceed to checkout, you will be redirected to the third-party payment processor's website to complete the transaction.

We commit to not storing any of your payment information (such as card number, CVV code) on Adonai Fashion's servers. Your financial information is encrypted and protected by PayPal.

4. Payment Authorization and Verification

By placing an order through the website, you authorize our third-party payment processor and us to charge the full purchase amount to the payment method you provided. You warrant that you have the legal right to use this payment method.

To maintain security and prevent fraud, we reserve the right to verify your payment information before processing the order. In case we cannot verify the payment information, we may cancel your order or require you to provide additional information.

5. Payment Information and Failed Payments

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete payment information (including billing address and phone number) when placing an order.

Inaccurate or incomplete payment information may result in the inability to process the order. In case a transaction is declined, please recheck the card details, bank limit, or contact your card-issuing bank before attempting again or contacting us.

6. Order Confirmation and Final Cost

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include an order summary, purchased products, and shipping information.

The final payment total will include the product value, tax (included in the product value), and a Fixed Shipping Fee ($6.99). We do not apply any hidden fees or additional surcharges for the listed payment methods.

7. Order Cancellation

Because our items are custom (POD) products and production starts very quickly, you have a limited window to cancel your order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] within 6 hours from the time the order was placed. After this 6-hour window, if the order has been moved to the production status, we will not be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.

8. Fraud Prevention

Adonai Fashion (ADONAI FASHION LLC) takes fraud prevention seriously. To ensure the authenticity of orders, we may apply various verification measures, including requesting additional information or documentation from you. If we suspect an order is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to you.

9. Chargebacks

In the event that you dispute a charge on your credit card statement (chargeback), Adonai Fashion may initiate a dispute with the credit card company or your issuing bank. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to fully cooperate with Adonai Fashion in the chargeback process and provide any information or documentation requested by us or the bank.

10. Termination of Service

Adonai Fashion reserves the right to terminate your account or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. In the event of account termination or service refusal, we will proceed to issue a refund for any unfulfilled orders (not yet produced or shipped).
