Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing a fast, secure, and transparent shipping process for all your orders.

1. Order & Delivery Scope

Currently, Adonai Fashion only accepts orders and ships within the 50 States of the United States. We do not accept international orders (outside the U.S. territory) at this time.

We can ship goods to P.O. Boxes as well as Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via appropriate shipping partners (typically USPS).

2. Shipping Fee

We apply a Flat Rate shipping fee for all orders, regardless of size, weight, or delivery location within the 50 U.S. states.

The fee is $6.99 per order.

The $6.99 shipping fee will be clearly displayed on the Checkout page before you confirm and finalize your payment.

3. Delivery Timeline

The total time for you to receive your order is calculated as:

Total Delivery = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Based on these estimates, you can expect your order to arrive within 8–13 business days (Excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

a. Processing Time

Timeframe: 1–3 business days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays).

This is the time required for us to confirm the order, produce the item (for POD products), perform quality checks, and package the product before handing it over to the shipping carrier.

b. Shipping Time

Timeframe: 7–10 business days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays).

The time from when the shipping carrier receives the package until it is delivered to your address. 

c. Factors Affecting Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the following factors:

  • Major Holidays: Occasions like Christmas, New Year's, and Black Friday may cause congestion in the shipping network.
  • Severe Weather: Floods or heavy snow may delay the delivery schedule.
  • System Errors: Unforeseen issues on the shipping carrier's side.

4. Shipping Carriers and Order Tracking

a. Shipping Carriers

We utilize reliable shipping services such as:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS (especially for P.O. Boxes and Military addresses)

The choice of carrier will be determined by us based on efficiency and the best delivery time for your address.

b. Order Tracking

After your order is processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the Tracking Number and a tracking link. Please visit the Order Tracking page and enter the Tracking Number to check the latest status updates.

5. Handling Special Shipping Cases

Tracking information not updated yet?

Please allow 1–2 business days for the carrier to scan the code and update the status initially. If there are no updates after 2 business days, please contact us.

Order returned (Return to Sender)?

This is usually due to an incorrect shipping address or unavailability of the recipient. We will contact you to reconfirm the address. You may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Order lost in transit?

If the tracking information has no updates for more than 15 days from the shipping date, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund for you.

Item delivered but damaged?

Please take photos of the product and packaging, then submit a support request according to our Return & Refund Policy.
